Documents in the Crouch Collection

Material donated by the Crouch family includes a variety of documents focusing on individual construction projects by the company. These documents are available for inspection or research by contacting the Hickory Landmarks Society.

Blueprints
The blueprint collection includes plans for both houses constructed by M. G. Crouch Lumber and others which were submitted for bidding.

Contracts
Contracts range from simple handwritten agreements to formal AIA contracts.

Files
Individual project files are available for many projects, both new construction and remodeling.

Job Books
A unique record for a new project listing all materials and labor used during the construction.
